North Bay Roots

Owner/operator Jeff Avery (known as “Flash” in his youth,) has been installing septic systems since 1972, and under the name Flash & Co. since 1984. Based in Santa Rosa, California, he operates in Sonoma, Napa, Lake, and Mendocino Counties.

Local Connections

Working in the same area for so long has allowed Jeff to build good rapport with the entire range of parties involved in the construction process, including design engineers, county inspectors, and especially suppliers, where having a long-standing relationship can help move the construction process forward.

Extensive Experience

In addition to home septic installations, Jeff is certified and experienced in installing systems of all types, including innovative systems, in commercial, winery and residential settings, for over 25 years.

It has been our habit to meet or exceed the expectations of contractors, inspectors and engineers in order to assure a long lasting and robust installation.
